What you are seeing below is not live. I have baked my own personal facebook data in to this demonstration version for you to look at.
Known Bug: Loading "Current City" and hovering over a city name causes Totem Pole to crash.

Totem Pole was an undergraduate research project at North Carolina State University
The application allows you to compare any variety of data that Facebook applications provide with any other variety. Each visualization has a modular signal that it send to the other module so that hovering your mouse over any selection will display your selection as a limitation on the opposite screen. You can even compare data with itself.
Future research may allow this to be a fully fledged facebook application. Currently I'm looking in to TinyFBClient, but I'm not sure how to deal with the session key. Help in this area is welcomed.

Learning the amound of necessary Processing to accomplish Totem Pole in only two months was no easy task. Plenty of smaller applications were built in order to make the much larger one.
